Machinery
The heart of our machine park consists of three 5-axis milling machines CMS Poseidon, CMS MX5 and a Bellotti VEGA.
Our biggest machine the Poseidon takes models up to 25 x 6.2 x 2.3 meters, our Bellotti VEGA takes models up to 20 x 6.2 x 3 meters and in the MX5 we can mill models up to 5 x 3.8 x 1.4 meters.
We also have a large oven that helps us shorten our lead times both on pasta- and clay models.
With our 3D printer we can print models up to 1 x 1 x 0.5 meter.
CMS Poseidon
Bought in 2005 and underwent a complete renovation in 2013. The Poseidon can handle models up to 25 x 6.2 x 2.3 meters. The machine’s five-axle milling function also makes it possible to create very complex models, where there is a requirement for milling of many different angles.
CMS MX5
The CMS MX5 was purchased in 2015 and can handle models up to 5 x 3.8 x 1.4 meters. Suited to our type of production focusing on shorter lead times and higher precision. For specifications, download pdf.
AGING OVEN UTAB
With our oven we can shorten lead timer and serve a larger customer base.

BELOTTI VEGA
Belotti Vega bought and installed 2019. Takes models up to 20 x 6.2 x 3 meters. The Vega gives us a unique combination of large volume and tight tolerances.
